This notice explains what data we collect and how we use it when you interact with our Talent Acquisition team.

To process your application We collect:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your resume and resume information
  • Your LinkedIn profile (optional)
  • Your location
  • Information on your work visa (if applicable)
 We rely on our legitimate interest. We keep your data for three months following the conclusion of the hiring process.
To consider your application for future roles if your initial application did not result in employment with us We collect: 

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your resume and resume information
  • Your LinkedIn profile (optional)
  • Your location
  • Information on your work visa (if applicable)
 We rely on your consent. We keep your data for two years following the conclusion of the hiring process.
To contact you regarding potential career openings that align with your background We collect data available on your professional social networks (e.g.: LinkedIn), such as your full name, email address, resume information, etc. We rely on our legitimate interest. We keep your data for three months after the hiring process ends if it doesn’t result in employment, or for two years if you consent to us considering you for future opportunities.
To send you general and personalised communications about working at Ledger We collect: 

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your zip code/poste code 
  • Your country 
  • Your area of interest
  • Your most recent job title 
  • Your level of education
 We rely on your consent. We keep your data for one year from the last contact.
To send you job alerts We collect: 

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your employment areas of interest (type of position, industry, experience level)
  • Your resume and resume information
 We rely on your consent. We keep your data for one year from the last contact.
To send you reminders regarding the completion of your application We collect: 

  • Your email address
  • Your full name
  • Your application status
 We rely on our legitimate interest. We keep your data for three days starting from the date you began your application.
To collect your feedback on our recruitment process We collect:

  • Your email address
  • Your full name
  • Your answers to the survey (anonymized)
 We rely on our legitimate interest. We keep your data for fourteen days following the conclusion of the hiring process.

You can oppose the processing of your information or request its removal from our systems. You can exercise these rights by informing your recruiter during contact or by sending an email to team-recruiter@ledger.fr.

Who can access your data?

We share your data with authorized Ledger teams and with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and emailing service providers who help us process your application and communicate with you. 

Where is it stored?

Your data is primarily stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). However, when we use service providers located outside the EEA, your data must be transferred to those countries.

When this happens, we make sure your data stays protected. We only transfer it: 

What are your rights over your data?

To exercise your data rights or ask a question about how we handle your data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer at team-recruiter@ledger.fr. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights. 

You can: 

  • Ask for a copy of your data. 
  • Ask that we correct your data when inaccurate.
  • Ask that we delete your data. We will delete all your data, unless we have to retain it to respect our legal obligations. 
  • Ask that we restrict the processing of your data. This includes asking us to stop any automatic deletion of your data for instance.
  • Unsubscribe from our communications, by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the footer of any email you receive.

We respond to all legitimate requests within one month. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority. For instance, in France, it’s the CNIL.
