As an Indirect Procurement Intern, your mission is to support the Procurement team in achieving cost-effective acquisition and margin performance for on purchases categories (hardware, transport, retail, infrastructure, marketing, workplace…) by playing a key role in procurement projects, from sourcing to contract negotiation, and participating in procurement tools implementation.

What you’ll be doing:
Procurement operations:
Collect and analyze spend and margin data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings and margin performance.
Generate reports and visualizations to present findings.
Provide insights and recommendations of improvement initiatives based on data analysis.
Run improvement initiatives : vendor sourcing, specifications, tendering, negotiation, selection, contract negotiation…
Monitor and track the implementation of improvement initiatives, report the related savings.
Procurement process and optimization
Monitor procure-to-pay tool, including interfacing with users for daily support (e.g., vendor onboarding, purchase approval).
Identify opportunities for process optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
Participate in procurement tools implementation (suppliers conformity, purchasing performance reporting…)
What we’re looking for:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in a relevant field (Master 1 or Master 2).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
Knowledge of procurement principles and practices is a plus.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will gain valuable experience in procurement operations, from analysis to project implementation, and procure-to-pay process improvement. Your contributions will support the achievement of cost-effective acquisition and margin performance goals.
