The recruitment process can vary from role to role, and it’s usually the hiring manager that sets it. You should expect a first screen call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. Typically that’s followed by an initial meeting or video call with the hiring manager of the role. Depending on the role there would be a last round of interviews with key stakeholders to the role such as team members or leaders of the company. For tech roles, a tech skills test is to be expected. 

 

Being in hyper growth mode, we would like to fill roles as soon as possible. However we want to find the right talent for each role so we also give our team and candidates the flexibility to find the best match. Typically, you should expect the process to last between 1-2 months. 

We currently have a hybrid working model, with at least 2 days per week in the office and the rest is working from home. We also have a remote working policy, where we offer the flexibility to our employees to also work abroad for 20 working days. 

We do offer sponsorship and relocation assistance on a case by case basis, depending on the role and the situation. 

Diversity and inclusion is important to what we do. While we’re working on many different ways how we can make Ledger more inclusive and diverse, in TA specifically we have inclusive job descriptions, training Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers on “Unconscious Bias” and “ Multicultural management”. We’re also making sure our processes and practices are as inclusive as possible. From a HR perspective: we are auditing our practice and challenging it regularly, for example paying attention to our gender parity in terms of salary. We’re constantly trying to improve our hiring process and receiving feedback from our candidates is a crucial part of this journey. We’re sending candidate surveys to a number of our candidates that go through our recruitment process, everything is anonymous, so no personal data is saved. Then the results of the survey are aggregated into a report which we will use to make adjustments to our process. The survey only takes 2 minutes and it’s optional.

This year we added €108 million to our Series C funding round, on top of the €356 million raised in 2021. This is the public information we can share for now.
