However, we also understand the importance of flexibility. That's why we have a flexible hybrid work model that allows up to 3 days of remote work per week. To support this, we offer the option for occasional remote work from your base country & abroad.

Our Talent Acquisition (TA) team manages the recruitment process and will support you every step of the way. Here are the steps involved:

1. Application Review: Our team carefully reviews your application and experience to see if there's a good match.

2. TA Screening: You'll have a call with one of our recruiters so we can get to know you better and discuss your background.

3. Hiring Manager Meeting: You'll meet the hiring manager to discuss the role and expectations in more detail.

4. Deep Dive Interview / Skills Assessment: Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a business case or a specific skills assessment.

5. Final Interview: This is typically the last stage, conducted with a senior team member for the final assessment.

Our recruitment process usually takes around 45 to 60 days, but we're flexible and adapt to country and market needs.

We send candidate surveys to gather anonymous feedback and improve our hiring process. The results help us identify areas to enhance. The survey is optional and takes just 2 minutes.
