The team

The Business Application Services team plays a pivotal role in the deployment and maintenance of cross-functional ITSM and ERP solutions. This internship is an opportunity to join a stimulating workplace where technical innovation is at the heart of every project. Also you will gain the opportunity to work on high-visibility internal projects that directly influence our digital transformation.


Your mission

  • Analysis & Scoping: Gather and analyze end-user requirements to draft detailed functional specifications.

  • Technical & Low-Code Development: Participate in the design and deployment of internal tools to automate existing processes.

  • AI Integration: Identify use cases for Generative AI within business workflows and assist in their implementation.

  • Project Management (IT PMO): Monitor development progress, organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, support users through change management, and maintain project documentation.

  • Data Analysis: Create monitoring dashboards to measure the performance of implemented solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Student at an Engineering School or pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science.

  • A previous internship or work-study placement as a Business Analyst or Project Management Assistant (AMOA) is required.

  • Strong interest in Low-Code / No-Code tools.

  • Knowledge of a programming language is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability in process modeling.

  • Analytical mindset, rigorous writing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
