The Team
Ledger is seeking a Strategic Communications Manager, France to help manage communications in its home market. This role sits at the center of Ledger’s reputation, narrative, and visibility in France, with direct responsibility for shaping how the company is perceived across media and key stakeholders.
You will help define and execute the country-level communications strategy in close alignment with global priorities. The role requires strong editorial judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate confidently at the intersection of technology, finance, regulation, and crypto in a fast-evolving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Media Relations & Influence
Help define and execute Ledger’s communications and PR strategy in France
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier French journalists across tech, business, finance, and crypto
Identify and engage relevant opinion leaders, experts, and ecosystem voices
Act as a point of contact for media inquiries, press briefings, and speaking opportunities
Coordinate Ledger’s French PR agency, ensuring strong alignment with country and global communications priorities.
Content & Storytelling
Localize and shape global narratives for the French market, ensuring relevance and impact
Draft and oversee press releases, op-eds, press briefings, Q&As, and key messaging
Support spokesperson positioning and executive visibility in France
Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and brand voice across all external communications
Monitoring & Reputation
Monitor the French media and regulatory landscape to anticipate reputational risks and opportunities
Track political, economic, and crypto-related developments to inform communications strategy
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in communications, PR, or corporate affairs
Strong understanding of the French media ecosystem
Excellent writing and communication skills in French (native-level) and English
Strong interest in technology, finance, crypto, or innovation-driven industries
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, journalists and executives
