The team: Join the Performance Marketing team driving growth across the world for the brand and products. Based in Singapore, you will serve as the primary strategic point of contact for the Asian market. Your mandate is to identify, secure, and manage partnerships with the region's most influential voices and media platforms, targeting global & local social channels. This role requires a highly analytical business developer capable of both securing complex deals and modelling their financial viability.
What you’ll be doing:
Strategic Expansion & Key Account Acquisition
Market Mapping: Conduct a strategic analysis of the Asian digital asset ecosystem to identify Tier 1 partners (Key Opinion Leaders, Media Groups, Communities) currently outside Ledger’s network. Primary focus on high-impact channels including Youtube, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, and exclusive private communities.
Commercial Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for key accounts. Autonomously initiate contact with top-tier Industry Leaders, structure complex commercial agreements, and finalize contracts with a high degree of independence.
Event Strategy: Represent Ledger at premier regional industry conferences (e.g., Token2049) to network with industry leaders.
Portfolio Management & Adhesion
Promotional Alignment: Drive strategic alignment between Asian partners and Ledger’s global commercial calendar (e.g., Product Launches, Black Friday). Ensure maximum participation and share of voice across the region.
Strategic Account Management: Transition transactional relationships into long-term strategic alliances. Act as the primary liaison between key Asian affiliates and HQ, ensuring partners are effectively tiered and managed.
Commercial Strategy & Financial Modeling
Business Planning (BP): Develop comprehensive Business Plans for strategic partnerships, moving beyond standard templates to create tailored commercial proposals.
Profitability Analysis: Conduct rigorous financial analysis for complex deal structures (e.g., Hybrid CPA + Revenue Share models). Evaluate ROI implications to ensure sustainable partnership growth.…
What we’re looking for:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, or Affiliate Marketing, with a strong preference for FinTech or Cryptocurrency sectors.
Language Skills: Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English is mandatory. Proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a distinct advantage.
AI-savvy: Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to optimize daily workflows. You must be capable of leveraging it for everyday efficiency.
Analytical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Demonstrated ability to build P&L models for partnerships and defend financial assumptions.
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Asian social media landscape.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, self-custody principles, and hardware wallet technology will be a plus.
Network: Established professional network within the Asian cryptocurrency and blockchain media landscape will be a plus.
