We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to help us scale our engineering team. Our team is central to the engineering organization, perceived as a force multiplier by all the other engineers. We are constantly on the lookout to improve how we work. Here is what the day-to-day of a Senior Delivery Manager in Ledger:
What you’ll be doing
Understand technical and product challenges, and represent the team towards 3rd party stakeholders.
Manage a clear schedule and risks for the team
Assist in the proactive management of dependencies and alignments across teams and domains (cross-domain) to ensure coherent program delivery
Identify, anticipate, challenge and help resolve impediments for the team
Coach the team in their continuous improvement and agile learning
Report efficiently and regularly on the delivery plans and dependency impacts
Support Product and Tech in their respective duties - Backlog management, grooming, planification, prioritization
Support the other Delivery Managers in monitoring metrics that give insight into the product, and drive positive change
Synthesize team progress status to provide clear visibility to stakeholders and middle management
What we’re looking for:
Strong expertise for software lifecycle management
4+ years of practical program and project management skills, in traditional and agile practices
Proven track record in supporting the delivery of fast growing teams
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
JIRA is your friend
Familiarity or experience with Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
Demonstrated experience in defining or improving key delivery performance indicators (KPIs) for development teams
Having a strong interest in cryptocurrencies and wishing to work with blockchain technology is an advantage
