The team: We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Wholesale Team, which manages global partners reselling Ledger products to the end consumer. This role focuses specifically on our Asian market distributors and is based in Paris. In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales fulfillment journey and serve as the central operational link for our resellers and internal stakeholders.
Your Mission
Be responsible for the end-to-end sales fulfillment journey including: invoicing, payment, shipment, and delivery
Create orders in our back-office system
Act as the key operational point of contact for our Asian distributors, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
Ensure good coordination between different departments including accounting, production, design, e-commerce, shipping, logistics, and legal
Manage qualification and onboarding of new resellers
Co-develop tools and process improvements to build automated workflows, test AI solutions, and contribute to the team's AI integration efforts
Maintain clean, structured, and well-documented data to enable reporting and AI-readiness
Report on key activity metrics to ensure data integrity and track performance
What We're Looking For
Fluency in an Asian language (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, or similar), as well as English, is required
Experience living, working, or doing business in the Asia-Pacific region strongly preferred.
Organized, rigorous, and meticulous with a high level of attention to detail
Proactive mindset with the ability to own the sales admin process, flag inconsistencies, and suggest solutions
Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Agility and adaptability to navigate process changes, automation, and new AI tools
Previous experience in sales administration is a plus
French language skills are a plus
