At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
This role is a high-impact leadership position within the Global Communications and Marketing team, responsible for Ledger’s brand, communication, and strategic narrative for our institutional sector. This role reports directly to the EVP of Communications and Marketing, with a strong dotted line to the EVP of Enterprise Revenue, ensuring total alignment between brand narrative and commercial growth.
We are looking for a powerhouse - someone who isn't just a marketer, but a tenacious industry voice and a social leader. You will play a pivotal role in defining our Enterprise strategy, spearheading high-value institutional adoption, and establishing Ledger as the definitive thought leader in the digital asset space.
Champion the Narrative: Partner with the EVP of Communications and Marketing and the EVP of Enterprise Revenue to solidify Ledger Enterprise as the world’s most secure institutional platform and trading tool for critical digital assets and Web3.
Strategic Growth & Lead Gen: Architect and execute a global marketing strategy that combines aggressive lead generation with high-value institutional adoption.
Industry Thought Leadership: Act as a social and intellectual "face" for the business, proactively shaping industry conversations and building a robust network of institutional influencers.
AI-First Execution: Rapidly adapt and integrate AI tooling into the marketing stack to accelerate content creation, data analysis, and workflow efficiency.
Build & Inspire: Structure and manage a high-performing, agile team that thrives on cross-functional collaboration and results.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies, applying these insights to pivot strategies in real-time.
Commercial Optimization: Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams on price testing and competitive research to optimize positioning and maximize revenue.
Empathetic Leadership: Serve as a strong, understanding partner to your team and peers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and evolution in a fast-paced environment.
A Proven Industry Voice: Robust experience in Enterprise product marketing within the financial services industry with a visible track record of social engagement and thought leadership.
Tenacious Drive: A "get-it-done" attitude with the grit to navigate the complexities of institutional digital asset landscapes and emerging markets.
AI Proficiency: You are an early adopter of AI tools and can demonstrate how you use them to work faster, smarter, and more creatively.
Financial & Crypto Literacy: A strong, intuitive understanding of the financial industry and institutional asset management is essential. Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets is a bonus.
Elite Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to C-suite institutional stakeholders with ease.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into a compelling growth story.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are excited by the challenge of scaling an Enterprise business and possess the passion for innovation required to lead in a fast-paced environment.
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor direct reports through periods of rapid change.
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
