The Ledger Wallet application is where users can manage their wallet, visualize and grow their portfolio of assets, but also where they can enjoy, with the highest degree of secure connectivity, a large span of services competing for their customership, such as buying or selling crypto, staking, trading, or choosing among crypto cards, subscription programs and other stablecoin-based products.
The Business Manager, Ledger Wallet will assist the EVP Consumer Services in his mission, own the Wallet consumers lifecycle from acquisition to engagement, bring consistency and maximize the impact of the BU towards hypergrowth by bringing clarity and coordination to all direct and indirect groups involved.
What you’ll be doing:
Wallet Consumer Lifecycle Ownership: Own and coordinate actions across the entire consumer lifecycle to significantly increase the number of active and engaged Wallet users.
Overall Wallet oversight: Bring glue and consistency of action between the Wallet’s business line. Own uncovered areas of the Wallet, particularly unmonetized sections and user flows between sections.
BU Strategic & Operational Efficiency: Ensure perfect coordination and efficiency among all Business Unit direct and indirect contributors (people and departments) for the attainment of revenue goals. Coordinate the Business Unit's 360-degree strategy and its concrete, timely and impactful delivery. You play the most active role in Business Unit rhythms, collaboration and governance.
Disrupting: The digital asset revolution has been disrupting the world of value, and digital private property is creating unprecedented opportunities. You must enjoy it and want to be part of it.
Consumer Understanding: Although some services are delivered by B2BC providers, Ledger Wallet will be successful as long as it is successful with customers. You must enjoy understanding them and serve them on the digital asset market. You want to have an impact on them.
Hyper Growth Strategic & Quantitative Work: The position demands a high degree of quantitative focus and analytical excellence, coupled with total mastery of strategy articulation, presentation skills, strategy definition, and P&L concepts, all within a high-growth environment. This has to be fulfilling for you.
Working with People: You will have to exert significant personal influence and inspire execution. You must combine excellence with culture, curiosity, total humility, and listening skills. You seek trusted collaborations.
Listen and Understand: Even more importantly, your appetite to listen and understand, go to the bottom of things with facts and people will be key in this role.

What we’re looking for:
Exceptional Quantitative & Strategic Acumen: Excellence in quantitative skills is key. You must demonstrate total mastery in strategy articulation, presentation skills, strategy definition assistance, P&L concepts, and a high-growth focus.
Ability to work in a matrixed environment: Inspiring and leading execution across a highly matrixed organization through clear communication, competence, data, and influence to align all resources towards Business Unit goals. You won’t lead through a hierarchical structure, nor through seniority.
Rigorous planning and time keeping: As for most businesses, time is more an enemy than an opportunity. You should be extremely organized and capable of exercising a strong influence on keeping the BU efforts ahead of plan and market evolutions.
Proven success across an outstanding academic background, abstraction, and thinking skills through the most demanding and shaping organizations in the matter.
Fluency in English: Although the role is based in Paris, French is not a prerequisite for either social or work life in our office.
AI: Preexisting engagement and strong appetite for all what AI can bring is a must.
