Senior Manager Product Marketing - Consumer Services F/H

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing person dedicated to our consumer services business unit (payment & transaction services). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the crypto and digital assets landscape, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in this space. As a key member of our Communications team, the individual will play a critical role in driving awareness, adoption, and engagement for our consumer products, at times including hardware wallets, mobile apps, and other digital asset management solutions.


Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for Ledger's consumer products and services;

- Lead cross-functional teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates;

- Collaborate with product management, design, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product roadmap priorities and marketing initiatives;

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics;

- Create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, product videos, case studies, and other assets to effectively communicate the value proposition of Ledger's consumer products;

- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, email, and affiliate marketing, to drive customer acquisition and retention;

- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI;

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the crypto and digital assets space, and apply insights to inform marketing strategies and product roadmap decisions;

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, influencers, and industry associations, to drive brand awareness and thought leadership in the crypto community;

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred;

- At least 10 years of experience in consumer product marketing, with a focus on crypto and digital assets consumer services;

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for consumer products in the crypto industry;

- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset management solutions;

- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive marketing decisions;

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences;

- Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports;

- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment;

- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and driving growth in emerging markets;

- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus;
