As a Performance Marketing Specialist (SEA, Socials, Retargeting), you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search and retargeting campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads for Ledger. You will work closely with other members of the Performance Marketing team, as well as with other teams across the company, to ensure that our campaigns are aligned with our overall marketing goals.
Your mission
Develop and execute paid search, social, and retargeting campaigns
Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to identify relevant targets
Create and optimize ad copy and landing pages
Manage significant campaign budgets and bids to maximize ROI
Track and analyze campaign performance, and report on key metrics
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid search, paid social, and retargeting
Collaborate with other members of the Performance Marketing team to share knowledge and best practices
Work with other teams across the company, such as Product and Brand Marketing, to ensure that our campaigns are aligned with our overall marketing goals.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in paid search and retargeting
Strong understanding of paid search and retargeting platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads and Criteo
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization as well as spreadsheet mastery
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Google Analytics and GTM is a plus
