Your mission:

Be the champion of our Workday ecosystem. You'll be hands on with the system, strategically designing, configuring, and maintaining it to not only meet but anticipate the needs of every internal client, all while ensuring seamless integration with our other critical systems with the support of our AMS.
Besides your hands-on work, you will also gladly help Ledgers further adopt and embrace the tool, safeguarding user experience and ensuring you develop internal knowledge.

  • Be the Expert: Serve as the everyday go-to subject matter expert for all things Workday, providing insightful guidance, solutions and reports.

  • Optimise and Innovate: Proactively identify opportunities to optimise Workday processes and fine-tune system performance for maximum efficiency.

  • Guard the Gates: Ensure the ongoing security, integrity, and compliance of our Workday environment.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Expertly manage Workday updates and releases, ensuring we leverage the latest features and functionalities.

  • Empower Users: Create and maintain comprehensive Workday documentation and contribute to the development of clear training materials for our power users.

  • Collaborate and Partner: Work closely and proactively with various internal clients to understand their needs and translate into Workday requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record of 5+ years Workday experience demonstrating significant impact through successful implementations and configurations.

  • Comprehensive mastery of the Workday platform, with hands-on experience across key modules (eg: HCM, Advanced Comp, Perf, bonus points for knowledge on Absence, Time-tracking) and willing to learn more.

  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with an insatiable curiosity for optimising system performance and user experience.

  • Strong project management skills to address optimisation and cross divisional projects.

  • Previous experience managing coordination with an AMS (we use Mercer)

  • A robust awareness of data security best practices and compliance requirements for enterprise-level systems.

  • A robust understanding of data and how to best turn it into actionable insights
