Join our Legal team and work across a variety of legal domains: finance, commercial, IP and corporate.
● Your mission
○ Contract Management:
Assist in the drafting and review of various commercial contracts, including NDAs, marketing and service agreements.
Track and manage contract deadlines and renewals.
Maintain contract databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
○ Administrative Support:
Manage legal budgets and administrative tasks for the legal team.
Prepare and process legal invoices and purchase orders.
Coordinate with external counsel and legal vendors.
Maintain accurate and organized legal files.
○ Legal and Litigation Support:
Manage document production, e-discovery requests and execution of legal documents.
Assist business teams, including customer support teams, with day-to-day inquiries regarding routine legal matters.
Support various litigation tasks including the searching, preparation and organization of litigation materials.
Assist in the preparation of legal presentations and materials.
● What we are looking for
. Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (e.g., Paralegal Studies).
. +3 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, having experience supporting commercial legal teams would be a plus.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Experience with different software tools, including budget management, contract management platforms, legal research databases and e-discovery platforms (preferred).
