To support our Logistics & Shipping team in Vierzon in their day to day challenges we are looking for a Logistics Assistant, motivated to engage in logistics tasks.

Your mission

  • Proven expertise in managing import/export operations, including order creation and modification, shipment tracking, inventory management
  • Strong communication skills to maintain effective relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers, ensuring consistent follow-up with customer support teams.
  • Proficiency in logistics tools and management systems such as WMS, 3PL, Jira, Confluence, and Back Office for handling shipments, returns, and claims.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while effectively overseeing deadlines, costs, and priorities.
  • Skilled in creating statistical reports, maintaining logistics and internal documentation, and documenting processes using tools like Confluence.
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving logistics-related challenges to ensure efficient operations.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and transport operations, including import/export, order management, and shipment tracking
  • Strong communication skills to manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers
  • Proficiency in logistics systems like WMS, 3PL, Jira, and Confluence
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively
  • Skilled in creating reports and documenting processes using tools like Confluence
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in the Office package; fluent in English and good proficiency in French
