HR Operations & Payroll Specialist
As part of a strong growth we are currently looking for a HR operations & Payroll Specialist to join our HR & timely, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in France.
Within the HR department, your main mission is to ensure the HR administrative and Payroll tasks in a context of strong development. You will be at the crossroads between our recruitment teams and our HRPB team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll payments are made on time and, in collaboration with the Ops & Payroll team, you will be involved in the following tasks:
HR Operations administration:
Management of hirings and departures both on the administrative part and on the follow-up of digitalized processes via our HRIS: registration of personal & contractual data on the tool, DPAE, contracts, health insurance registration.
Management of personnel records and follow-up of temporary workers.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of Ops supports (e-signature template for contracts on our HRIS, endorsements, certificates, etc.) and cross-functional projects (production of a FR/EN FAQ for employees and managers).
Support managers and employees on HROPS topics.
Payroll Management:
Processing of French payroll inputs ensures the timely and accurate processing of all payroll cycles.
Collection of variable elements (transport, health insurance, employee personal data).
Manage payroll inputs related to base pay, disability and leaves, work schedule changes, new hires, employees.
Monitoring of contractual changes and payroll impacts (amendments, promotion, etc.).
Creation of the Variable Payroll Items (VPI) file for input into the DECIDIUM tool (ADP).
Respecting and anticipating the ADP payroll calendar, particularly if parameterization requests are necessary.
Verification and validation of pay slips, control technique via sampling.
Coordination with the financial department for issuing the transfer file.
Liaison with ADP regarding upgrades/changes to payroll system when required.

What we’re looking for :
You have a degree in Human Resources and at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
You have a solid knowledge of social law and have experience in outsourced payroll production using ADP's Decidium tool and in particular the ACE functionality.
You are organized, very rigorous and at ease with various IT tools as well as EXCEL (mastery of basic formulas and DCTs).
You are known for your interpersonal skills, your sense of service and confidentiality as well as your proactivity.
Your level of English is professional, both written and spoken, in order to support our English-speaking employees.
