As an E-commerce Engineer Software Engineer on our team, you'll work across our e-commerce website (shop.ledger.com), supporting the team in developing and optimizing the experience for our valued customers.
Your mission:
Support in the creation of new features and functionalities, consistently elevating our customer experience and refining the core systems' overall productivity
Collaboratively test ideas on users with your team, harnessing feedback to refine and enhance our product
Support and work closely with the optimisation team

A team player, thoughtful about true business value and the impact of their work
Sharing knowledge through pairing, reviews and friendly discussion
Someone invested in their own learning and growth – able to pull on the guidance they need
Good control of your ego and raise your hand early when stuck
Passion for continuous improvements and good engineering principles
Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code, well covered by automated checks
Previous experience with Next.js and TypeScript would be a bonus
Openness to thoughtfully and constant use of AI, for productivity, efficiency and learning,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
