At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. The team: You will be joining our core web engineering team who is responsible for everything you see on ledger.com. They own the end-to-end customer experience and work on various systems on the e-commerce platform.
What you’ll be doing:
Working as part of an agile delivery team practising CI/CD
Writing high-quality, performant, secure and maintainable code
Constantly levelling up the team in writing clean code
Championing best practice software craftsmanship through examples and good reviews
Occasionally speaking and presenting at sprint demos and Web CoP events
Translating technical concepts for non-technical people
Working across a number of code repositories with an e-commerce and Web 3 focus
Creating and reviewing feature blueprints for effective design, planning and forecasting
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in contributing to enterprise-level codebases
A keen eye for quality, complemented by great communication skills
A great learning mindset – for teaching, mentoring and expanding your own knowledge
Working knowledge of Domain Driven Design, eXtreme Programming and Clean Code
Experience with TDD, pairing and a whole-team approach
An appreciation for data-driven decision making
