As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ledger, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. You will drive a seamless and innovative recruitment process, ensuring the perfect match between our teams and candidates. Your expertise in talent sourcing and recruitment strategy will directly contribute to our continued growth and success.



Your Mission:


- End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to screening, evaluating, and securing the best candidates for diverse roles within the organization.

-Strategic Recruitment Excellence: Lead and execute the implementation of cutting-edge recruiting strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and talent needs.

- Creative Sourcing Innovation: Continuously explore and deploy novel and effective sourcing techniques to identify and engage with top talent across a variety of platforms, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.

- Client-Centric Recruitment Consulting: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their needs, provide consultative expertise, and develop tailored recruitment strategies that support organizational goals.

- World-Class Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience: Deliver an exceptional, 5-star experience for both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication, transparency, and an effortless hiring process.

- Employer Brand Ambassador: Champion the Ledger Employer Brand, articulating our value proposition to prospective candidates and positioning Ledger as an employer of choice in the industry.

- Seamless Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, managing onboarding days and setting up mid- and long-term engagement strategies.



What are we looking for?


- Proven Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

- Global Recruitment Mastery: Extensive experience managing complex, international recruitment processes across diverse regions (including France, USA, UK, Singapore, Switzerland, and more), with a particular focus on niche and specialized roles.

- Comprehensive End-to-End Recruitment: Deep proficiency in overseeing the complete recruitment cycle, handling a wide range of positions across various functions and seniority levels, from entry to executive roles.

- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage and exceed stakeholder expectations. Act as a trusted business advisor, delivering expert counsel on recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices.

- Client-Centric Excellence: Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, team members, and external partners. Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing critical issues, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring efficient workflow management to deliver results.

- Analytical Acumen: Advanced analytical capabilities with a strong command of reporting and data-driven insights, allowing for continuous improvement in recruitment strategies and processes.

- Language Proficiency: A high level of fluency in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across multiple international markets.

- Passion for Innovation: A keen interest in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors, with a strong desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends and developments.
