Founded in 2014 Ledger is the global platform for digital assets and Web3. Over 20% of the world’s crypto assets are secured through our Ledger Nanos. Headquartered in Paris and Vierzon, with offices in UK, US, Switzerland and Singapore, Ledger has a team of more than 500 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7 million units already sold in 200 countries.
As a Senior Project Manager at Ledger you will be driving the delivery of new products and services within our organization, as well as internal change projects and M&A integrations. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to completion.
Your mission
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Conduct project kick-off meetings to align team members and stakeholders on project goals and expectations
Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support throughout the project lifecycle
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring clear accountability and ownership within the team
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and constructive feedback
Execute project activities according to the defined project plan, monitoring progress against milestones and deliverables
Keep project documentation and reporting up to date throughout the lifecycle of the project
Proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project outcomes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing transparency and visibility into project progress
Manage and arbitrage resources to ensure efficient utilization and alignment with project objectives
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with stakeholder expectations
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, soliciting feedback and addressing concerns to maintain stakeholder satisfaction and support
Conduct thorough project reviews upon completion, assessing lessons learned, successes, and areas for improvement
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably in an internal change management or product development context
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. JIRA)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bonus points
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
Experience in the Web3 or Blockchain Industry
