In this role, you will build, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive user engagement, adoption, and retention for the Ledger Live app (Wallet). You will use your expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms to create personalized and effective communication journeys across various channels. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Ledger within the rapidly expanding world of web3 and digital assets.
Your missions:
Campaign delivery: Create, manage, analyze and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
End-to-end campaign/program build management: Initiate and oversee the cross-team collaboration of content creation, design, development, localisation, tracking and delivery of each campaign. Campaigns will be initiated from within the CRM team and across the Ledger organization
Delivery process optimization: Find ideas and solutions for automating, optimizing and improving internal processes, by routine analysis and supplying actionable ideas
Cross-Functional collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to build and effectively deliver a high volume of campaigns.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of CRM / marketing automation experience
Experienced with a Marketing Automation Platform, such as Braze / Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Eloqua / Pardot / Marketo / HubSpot
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Exceptional team player - the role requires cooperation with the CRM team and other teams at Ledger on a daily basis
An orientation towards creative marketing, as well as an attention to detail
Demonstrable experience or interest in the crypto industry
It's advantageous if you knowledge in SQL, Liquid Scripting
It's a big plus if you come from a FinTech or a trading background
