We are a fast-paced, pioneering company looking for a dynamic and talented Legal Intern to join our Commercial Legal Team and contribute to our mission. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a critical, rapidly evolving industry.
Missions:
As a Legal Intern supporting the Commercial Legal Team, you will play a key role in supporting our team and gaining exposure to the full spectrum of legal work. Your core responsibilities will include:
Collaborating on contract management-related and other critical legal processes, third-party on-boarding, and administrative tasks.
Contributing to the drafting and negotiation of various contracts across a broad range of areas including marketing, sales, procurement, IP licensing, and general commercial engagements with third parties.
Providing support for key projects and the launch of new products and services.
Conducting legal research tasks.
Working on disputes and contentious matters.
Helping to optimise legal operations by improving contract templates, streamlining documentation, and enhancing reporting and archiving systems. Your support will contribute to greater efficiency and compliance across the organisation.
This role offers invaluable exposure to cutting-edge legal and commercial topics in the blockchain and crypto industry. As part of a lean, agile scale-up, you'll have the unique opportunity to develop your skills across various legal areas, contributing wherever your support is most needed to advance our dynamic mission.
Qualification & skills:
We're looking for an accomplished and adaptable individual ready to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
You are a trainee lawyer and / or have a DJCE / Master II in business law or new technologies / multimedia law (ideally with a focus on commercial, sales and technology law; background on intellectual property law and data privacy would be helpful).
You already have previous meaningful internship experience in commercial law.
You have excellent written and verbal communication, drafting and presentation skills in English, allowing you to interact with international teams and to work on matters in English.
You are pragmatic and can manage ambiguity.
You are proactive, self-motivated, resilient and able to prioritise matters.
You can create and maintain solid, trusting working relationships.
You are detail-oriented and can analyse and simplify complex issues.
You are flexible, personable and willing to embrace change in an industry that is fast-paced and constantly evolving.
