As a Developer Ecosystem Product Director, you will be the bridge between the crypto / blockchain ecosystem and Ledger. You’ll be reporting into the VP Product and you’ll work alongside a strong team of product managers and engineers based in France and the UK. You’ll also work closely with the business teams to support project delivery and deliver on shared business goals.

We’re looking for someone deep in the crypto ecosystem to manage and drive adoption of our developer platform. The role includes product ownership, defining which blockchains, coins, tokens and features to support, as well as supply and distribution, i.e. liaising with the ecosystem to ensure they integrate or adopt our technology.

Your mission

- Elevate the user experience for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and other key blockchains within the Ledger ecosystem

- Create a prioritized roadmap for partner integrations, leveraging data and assessing business potential

- Streamline integration processes, improve quality, and standardize various transaction and signing flows.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.

- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners in our ecosystem, including blockchains, wallets, and dApps.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, business, legal, and leadership teams to identify and execute new ecosystem opportunities that align with our growth strategy.

- Research and identify ecosystem development opportunities in target market segments.

What we’re looking for:

- Knowledge of the wallet, blockchain, crypto, DeFi and NFT spaces

- Ability to understand our technology and help us position ourselves strategically in the ecosystem

- Research and identify new crypto projectsManage the ecosystem support roadmapInfuse ecosystem knowledge to Ledger internal teams (Engineering, Business, Marketing)

- Create internal and market analysis on various technology trends, new initiatives, and potential investment targets

- Fluency in English, French as a Bonus

- Excellent written and oral business communication and presentation skills

- A technical background and a deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem

- Ability to build and manage relationships with tech, product and business leaders
