As a Partner Facing Project Manager at Ledger you will be driving the delivery of services, integrations and activations to our Partners and to Blockchain Foundations . You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery and Partner satisfaction from initiation to completion.

What you'll be doing:

Project Planning and Initiation:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders internally and with the partner to define project timeline and acceptance criteria.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

  • Conduct project kick-off meetings to align team members, our partner and stakeholders on project goals and expectations.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams across both partner and internally to provide guidance, motivation, and support throughout the integration process.

  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring clear accountability and ownership within the team.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, promoting open communication and constructive feedback.

Project Execution and Monitoring:

  • Execute project activities according to the defined project plan, monitoring progress against milestones and deliverables.

  • Keep project documentation and reporting up to date throughout the lifecycle of the project

  • Proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project outcomes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

  • Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing transparency and visibility into project progress

  • Manage and arbitrage resources to ensure efficient utilization and alignment with project objectives.

  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of partners when required

Quality Assurance and Project Closure

  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with stakeholder expectations.

  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, soliciting feedback and addressing concerns to maintain stakeholder satisfaction and support

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably in a technical integration capacity.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. JIRA).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

  • Experience in the Web3 or Blockchain Industry
