Apprenticeship - HR Operations Specialist (12 months)

You’ll be part of the HR Operations team, supporting key day-to-day administrative processes while also contributing to cross-functional HR projects.

HR Admin & Operations

  • Prepare administrative onboarding: DPAE, contracts, benefits enrollment, right-to-work verification, etc.

  • Manage intern/apprentice files and documentation

  • Schedule and track occupational medical checkups across our sites (Paris, Vierzon, Montpellier, Grenoble)

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Workday (our HRIS)

  • Update and validate employee records (personal data, contracts, benefits)

  • Handle employment certificates and HR documents

  • Act as first-level support on HR queries: time off, benefits, internal policies

Payroll Support

  • Collect and verify payroll-related data: transportation reimbursements, sick leaves, employee changes, etc.

  • Ensure payroll input is complete and reliable

Cross-functional Projects

  • Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and the People Team to ensure smooth onboarding and data flows

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR Operations tools, templates, and documentation

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR documentation, tools, and internal processes

  • Support other HR teams (HR Business Partners, Talent Development, Learning, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Communication..) on ad hoc projects or recurring tasks, gaining cross-functional exposure across the full employee lifecycle

What we’re looking for :

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources(Master 1 or Master 2)

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven

  • Comfortable with Excel and HR tools (Workday is a strong plus)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in French, as well as English proficiency

  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to work in a tech-savvy, international company
