Engage in a 6-month Software Engineering internship at Ledger, focusing on the Development of the Ledger Enterprise Device Endorsement Tool.
Ideal for a final year student, this role has for main objective to design and implement the B2B device endorsement tool to ensure devices can be securely endorsed.
An interest in Web3 and hardware wallets is advantageous for adapting to our fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Starting date: From February 2025
Duration: 6 months
Your mission
. Security Implementation: develop and integrate advanced security features to establish devices as secure and trusted throughout the endorsement process
. System Designing: architect a reliable and efficient system for device validation
. Testing and Validation: develop the according tests to ensure the endorsement tool meets functionality, security, and product needs
. Documentation: prepare detailed documentation describing the security model, implementation approach, and testing procedures for future reference and scalability
. UI : contribute to an intuitive and user-centric interface to improve usability and accessibility
. Take part in other projects the team is working on
Requirements
. Proficiency in embedded software (low level development), RUST and Python
. Familiar with Linux ecosystem
. Security knowledge (basic cryptographic algorithms: RSA, Elliptic Curve, Hash) would be a plus
. This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into cryptography, security, end to end software product development
. Previous internship experience coding in RUST and Python would be preferred
. English speaking and writing
