We are seeking an experienced logistics & manufacturing manager to oversee our global operations in Vierzon while also driving continuous improvement through total quality management principles. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of logistics and supply chain management combined with proven expertise in implementing and maintaining an ISO 9001 certified quality management system.
Your mission:
Global Logistics & Shipping Management
- Manage global logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Negotiate contracts with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistic service providers to secure the best rates and services
Quality Management
- Implement and oversee a Total Quality Management system throughout the Ledger industrial site in Vierzon
- Lead the process for obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 certification, including preparation, documentation, and audit management
- Ensure all manufacturing and logistics processes meet international quality standards and compliance requirements
- Ensure Ledger quality processes are aligned with our manufacturing partners
Team Management & Development
- Lead and develop a team of logistics & manufacturing professionals (30 people), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Provide training and mentorship on best practices in logistics and quality management
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- English proficiency, ability to work in an international environment
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a logistics or supply chain management role in a global company
- Proven experience with Total Quality Management and ISO 9001 certification process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex global supply chain
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, proficient in English.
- Additional languages are a plus
- Ability to travel as required (5 to 10% of your time)
